Terms and Conditions governing your use of this website and orders by Phone.
 

1. PRODUCTS.

1.1 Bokis Florist - Newbury reserves the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging for all requested floral arrangements or gifts to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice. All products are subject to availability. Prices of goods on the website are subject to change without notice.
1.2 Flowers will often be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
1.3 Flowers and Plants may be harmful or poisonous, if you are unsure please contact us. Please do not eat the flowers and plants.
1.4 If Bokis Florist - Newbury are unable to supply the product selected or another substituted product to you, we shall contact you as soon as possible and will reimburse your payment in full within 30 days of the intended delivery date.
 

2. PRICES.

2.1 Prices exclude delivery charges. Local Delivery is £5.95
2.2 If you order flowers and gifts for the same delivery address, for the same delivery date only one delivery charge will apply.
2.3 All our prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include vat at the prevailing rate.
 

3. ORDERS.

3.1 To effect delivery on the date required for Floral Arrangements, Wine, Champagne, Chocolates or Gifts - Bokis Florist - Newbury require complete and accurate details of the recipient, including a full name, address details including postcode and contact telephone number.
3.2 Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given and payment cleared by the Merchant Service Provider we use. We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards and Paypal transactions, your payment is processed as soon as we receive your order, order cancellations - within our cancellation terms will incur a minimum administration charge of 3% to cover charges imposed by the Merchant Services Companies we use to process your payment. In additional any specific requirements will be charged for.
3.3 If you are experiencing problems paying online please call us on UK 01635 45303 and speak with us directly.
3.4 Prices shown are valid for a maximum of 28 days of submitting your order.
3.5 Bokis will send you an email confirming your order details. This email will be sent to the email address you have supplied us with upon you registration / order placement. It will include an order reference number for future correspondence.
3.6 Order for alcohol products can not be accepted from customers or be delivered to any recipient under the age of 18 years.
3.7 BY CLICKING THE PROCEED BUTTON ON THE ONLINE ORDER FORM, or ORDERING OVER THE PHONE AND VERIFYING YOUR ORDER WITH THE SECURITY NUMBERS ON THE BACK OF THE PAYMENT CARD YOU USE FOR PAYMENT -YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CHARGES.
LOCAL DELIVERY AREAS COVERED BY BOKIS ARE  NEWBURY,HUNGERFORD,KINGSCLERE all surrounding Villages. 
 
4.1 Prices include VAT but exclude our delivery charges. Same Day Local  Mon - Fri - £5.95- Saturday Local £7.95 - Non-local UK additional £4.95. Delivery to remote rural areas will be advised of additional delivery costs.
4.2 Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays (Mothers Day is the only exception and subject to specific delivery charges). International Orders can not be processed by this website please telephone for details.
4.3 We do not guarantee delivery times, the AM or PM preference is just that - a preference only. If the order is for a funeral then the item is delivered to the Funeral Directors AT LEAST 2 hours before the time given.( It is generally  considered unacceptable to send funeral pieces to the family  home address). We will always try to adhere to preferences wherever possible.
 

5.CANCELLATION POLICY.

5.1 If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so,  by calling  or emailing: admin@flowershopnewbury.co.uk  Please give 24 hours notice before the requested delivery date.

5.2 We regret that you may not cancel an order for: A. perishable goods once your order has been dispatched; or B. customised goods if as at the time you seek to cancel, the customisation process has begun.

5.3 In respect of NON-PERISHABLE , NON-CUSTOMISED goods you may cancel your order from the point at which you place your order until 14 calendar days after you have received your goods. If you exercise your right to cancel, you will be responsible for costs of returning the goods which must be returned within 14 calendar days of cancelling. You are not entitled to reimbursement of costs for enhanced delivery.  Bokis have the right to deduct an amount for diminished value of goods.

5.4 If PERISHABLE FLOWERS purchased from  Bokis Florists need to be returned, a collection will be arranged please email us admin@flowershopnewbury.co.uk or contact us directly by phone 01635 45303

5.5 You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

5.6 The customer has the right to cancel an order for Bouquets and Floral Arrangements no later than 24 hours before the required delivery date, payments made by card will incur a handling charge of 3% for our admin and to cover processing charges levied by Merchant Service Companies used to process your payment.To cancel or amend your order please email us directly at admin@flowershopnewbury.co.uk or call UK  01635 45303. Our phones are open from 8.00am until 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Closed on Saturday, email only. Closed Sunday and Bank Holidays.

7. STATUTORY RIGHTS. 

Bokis Florists - Newbury are committed to providing you with the best possible service. If you are unhappy in any way with the service you have received please email us with full details of your complaint. If we are satisfied that your complaint is valid a suitable replacement  will be delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

8. DISCLAIMER.

8.1 Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Bokis Site and Delivery Service is fully operational, we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for  defects and/or interruption of same and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Bokis Site impossible or impractical.

8.2  Our liability in contract, tort (including negligence and breach of statutory duty) or otherwise arising by reason of or in connection with your order with us shall be limited to a multiple of 5 times the price you have paid for the products.

8.3 Bokis Florist - Newbury  exclude all liability for any claims, losses, demands and damages, including without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with your use or inability to access the Bokis Site and Delivery Service, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise PROVIDED THAT nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects or will affect your or the recipient's statutory rights in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the products supplied.

8.3 Bokis Florist - Newbury  understands that it is under a legal duty to supply goods that are in accordance with the contract.

 

PRIVACY POLICY 

Bokis Florist - Newbury will never share your personal information. Our web transactions use the current Internet Security methods and technologies to secure your details. We password protect and use encription, firewalls are installed. We do not store customer payment details or records.
